How people opt in
Optional Izzio SMS consent can be provided during controlled facility workflows, including visitor check-in, visitor invitations, access-card requests, manager availability, and employee or contractor onboarding. People may also submit an SMS preference request at sms.izziobakery.com/opt-in.
SMS opt-in is optional and is not required to submit a form, create an account, receive a service, or participate in a facility workflow. SMS checkboxes are left unchecked by default, and people must affirmatively select the optional SMS consent checkbox if they want to receive text messages.
Required SMS disclosure
If you choose to opt in by providing your mobile number to Izzio Artisan Bakery and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox through Izzio visitor, access, employee, or manager workflows, you agree to receive SMS messages related to facility visits, access approvals, safety/security alerts, and operational notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not required as a condition of purchase, use of services, or submitting any form.

- Temporary access-card approval or expiration reminders
- Doorbell, facility alert, or manager availability notifications
- Critical operations notices when configured by Izzio management

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
